If you are unhappy with our service

We take our ethical responsibilities very seriously and will use our best endeavours to resolve problems to your satisfaction.  Foremost in these commitments is our focus on acting in your best interests, treating you with courtesy and respecting your autonomy. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the counselling support or supervision we provide, please in the first instance discuss this with us. After listening to you and making appropriate notes, we will take concerns, issues, or problems that you raise about any aspect of our practice to Supervision. This is for further reflection, to gain an expert perspective of an independent practitioner and to identify any blind spots or areas of poor practice. As a result of this, we will formulate a response and a plan of action to resolve the issues you have raised and to make repairs to the therapeutic or supervisory relationship.
